About Saffee
For over 15 years, across physical and mental health, has aided my understanding of the mind body connection and the wonder in the unity of those systems. Through experiences practising and studying mindfulness, meditation and breath work, as well as other healing practises and processes. I have experienced how, when aligned the mind body unity promotes wellbeing and underpins the opportunity for the human healing journey.

Our First Session
Will be a place specifically for you, to talk and be with whatever may be present. Together we will create a protected therapeutic relationship founded on trust and I will walk with you to explore your world, through your lens. Aiding you in feeling heard and seen, and empowering your self discovery.

At Your Pace
Sessions can occur weekly or fortnightly depending on what is best for you. Throughout our therapy together you may experience a deeper sense of inner calm, more ease with daily life and increased confidence.
